Refund Policy

At Risken, we want every order to arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Delays

If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the date it was shipped, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either:

  • issue a full refund, or
  • send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Risken is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.
